"When my home in Nevada City burned down, I didn't know where to start. The insurance company's first offer wasn't going to come close to rebuilding what we lost, and I was overwhelmed. Matthew Sutherlin and Green Bee Construction stepped in and helped me negotiate with the insurance company to get the full payout we were actually entitled to — that alone changed everything. He also rallied support from people in our Nevada County community to help get the rebuild across the finish line in ways I never expected. We're about 99% finished now and should be fully wrapped within the next month — and honestly, I can't wait to be back in my home. The project wasn't perfect along the way.
